Help and Advice
Many of the clients we meet have a problem that can be solved with just some sensible advice. Over the years we have resolved shareholder disputes, negotiations with landlords, and many other problems that we are able to unlock through our practical insight into business problems. We don’t charge for the initial meeting, as we take the view that you need to be reassured that we can help, before you incur any costs.
Following the credit crunch in 2008 the availability of cashflow to businesses tightened and combined with a general reduction in business activity, this created cashflow problems for a lot of small businesses. In response, we formed Cashsolv, a completely new approach to helping businesses avoid insolvency. We address the cashflow issues that if not resolved can lead to insolvency. Our experience of what causes businesses to become insolvent, enabled us to identify and put in place a number of key tools to improve cashflow. We identified that from time to time, where working capital was already stretched, an unforeseen incident could lead to a requirement for an emergency loan. We are therefore able to offer loans of between £20,000 and £250,000 within 24 hours. We can also improve cashflow through negotiations with creditors including trade creditors, banks, and HMRC. On the other side of the equation, we can also help to get more money into the business through our intelligent debt collection service. These Cashsolv tools are available to be deployed quickly and efficiently at low cost to any business.
Sometimes a financial problem has escalated beyond a point of economic repair and insolvency is unavoidable. If an insolvency process is required, we believe it is important to limit the damage caused and we adopt a proactive approach to assisting in the handling of the company’s affairs in a sensitive and constructive way. In this respect we take account of the impact on directors, employees, and creditors. If possible, we will try to preserve as much of the business as possible.
